Free Games Frequently Asked Questions

If I add multiple games when creating a new offer, how will the number of rounds be allocated to each game?

When adding multiple games to an offer, the allocation of rounds to each game is determined by the player. For example, if there are 3 game codes added to the offer and the total number of rounds is 10, the player has the flexibility to distribute those 10 rounds across the 3 games - the player cannot play 10 rounds in each game.

Can I assign the same offer to a player multiple times?

Yes, you can assign a player to the same offer multiple times. If the player is assigned to the same offer twice, each instance will have a different instance GUID.

What is the difference between the number of assigned players and the number of instances?

A player can be assigned to the same offer multiple times. For example, when a player is assigned twice, the number of assigned players is one, but the number of instances is two.

If I reassign a previously rejected instance by the player, will the instance GUID remain unchanged?

Yes, the instance GUID will remain the same.

Is it possible to cancel an instance after a player has started using it?

No, a partially consumed instance cannot be cancelled.

If a player is assigned to two offers, do they need to finish the first offer before seeing the second one?

Yes, the player needs to finish the first offer before being able to see the second offer.

When I close an offer, will it affect existing players?

When an offer is closed, players that are already assigned to the offer will not be affected. However, you cannot assign players to this offer in the future.
