Filter

Description

Range

The date and time range can be specified using the provided parameters.

Users can search data up to 180 days old. The date picker will be disabled for dates that are 180 days before the current date and for future dates.

Time Zone

Changing the time zone will impact the time zone displayed in the results. Setting the time zone enables Master Agents and Head Offices to view financial information from all Agents in one time zone.

The default time zone will be based on the chosen time zone in the Settings page. If the user does not modify the time zone, the default time zone will be set to GMT+0.

Currency

Users can use the currency drop-down menu to filter data by their desired currency.

This filter will only be visible in the Head Office and Master Agent entity tabs.

Entity Filters

Users can apply filters to view the data relevant to the entity. For menus with only one option, the option will be automatically displayed and selected.

Per the Entity Tab:

  • Head Office - Only one Head Office can be selected. Users can choose multiple or all Master Agents to view.

  • Master Agent - Only one Head Office and Master Agent can be selected. Users can choose multiple or all Agents to view.

  • Agent - Only one Head Office, Master Agent, and Agent can be selected.

The Agents drop-down menu is accompanied by a checkbox that allows the user to filter the client's test agents (marked in red). By default, the Show Test Agents checkbox is unchecked.

This option will be disabled for clients that do not have test agents on the MG+ system.

Credits By

The transaction types indicate the origin and destination of the credits transferred. For example, when the Head Office user deposits credits to an Agent entity, it is considered to be a Master Agent transaction, as the credit has been transferred from the Master Agent’s balance to the Agent’s balance. The content of the filter will vary depending on the chosen entity tab.

Functionality of the Credits Transaction Report

To adjust the filters for resubmission, click Filter (this may be displayed as an icon or as a link labeled +Filter).

Clicking on the Export button will provide the user with an Excel .CSV file of the table summary.

If a user or entity only has partial network permissions, filtering a specific transaction type will prevent the balance from displaying as a "running balance".
