The Live Dealer Transactions Report provides users with access to data related to Live Dealer bets. The primary purpose of this report is to assist agents in auditing their players' bets in Live Dealer games.
Filtering the Live Dealer Transactions Report
Use the filters to refine your search criteria. Click the Submit button to view the results, or click Clear Filters to reset and start over.

Range |
The date and time range can be specified using the provided parameters. Users can search data up to 7 days old. The date picker will be disabled for dates that are 7 days before the current date and for future dates. |

Time Zone |
Changing the time zone will impact the time zone displayed in the results. Setting the time zone enables Master Agents and Head Offices to view financial information from all Agents in one time zone. The default time zone will be based on the chosen time zone in the Settings page. If the user does not modify the time zone, the default time zone will be set to GMT+0. |

Entity Filters |
Users can apply filters to view the data relevant to the entity. Only one value can be chosen from the drop-down menu. For menus with only one option, the option will be automatically displayed and selected. |

Game Code |
Users can apply filters to view data relevant to specific Live Dealer games. |

Round ID |
Each round in Live Dealer is assigned a unique ID. If users have specific knowledge of the round they want to review, they have the option to directly enter the Round ID and narrow down their search accordingly. |
Functionality of the Live Dealer Transactions Report
To adjust the filters for resubmission, click Filter (this may be displayed as an icon or as a link labeled +Filter).
Clicking on the Export button will provide the user with an Excel .CSV file of the table summary.
Live Dealer Transactions Report Table One
Once the user clicks on the Submit button, the first summary of the report will appear, sorted per the Game Code filter. Clicking on one of the rows will open the Table Code detailed view of the chosen row.

Live Dealer Transactions Report Table Two
To access the Table Code summary, click on any row within the Transactions table (table one of the report). This summary displays a list of players who have placed bets on the Live Dealer table.

The identifier of each bet. If the operator relies on the Common Wallet or Kiosk integrations, the Bet UID will show up; whereas, for the Single Wallet integration, the Bet ID will be displayed. |

External Transaction ID |
ID of the transaction as stored in the Agent's system. |

To access the bet details of a player, click on any row within the Table Code summary (table two of the report). This will reveal a detailed list of bets placed by the player, along with the associated data for each bet.
