Overview

The menu panel on the left side of the main screen provides access to the main functions of MG+ Backoffice.

Header Information

The header information can be accessed on all MG+ Backoffice pages once logged in.

Display Name

Once an MG+ Backoffice user has logged in successfully, their display name will be displayed in the page header.

Machine Local Time

After an MG+ Backoffice user logs in to the application successfully, the page header will display their local time. However, this feature is not available on small screens such as mobile devices or small tablets.

Credit Balance

If an agent's credit mechanism is enabled, their credit balance will be visible in the header to all users. This balance will be updated whenever the page is refreshed.

Only Agent level users with an activated credit mechanism in their Users Management configuration can access credit balance information.

To enable the credit balance mechanism:

  1. Click on Tools in the sidebar to open the menu.

  2. Click Users Management.

  3. Expand the entity until you reach the agent hierarchy, then click the Entity Info [i] icon under Actions.

  4. Choose Active to enable the credit balance mechanism under Credits in the Info section.
