This article provides instructions on duplicating an offer, which can be useful for users as it allows them to avoid re-entering all the information if they intend to create a new offer that is identical to an existing one.
The user can easily duplicate an offer by clicking on the Duplicate offer action icon. This icon can be found on the row of the offer on the Offer List page, or in the offer info section of the Offer Details page.
Once the user clicks on the icon, the user will see a pop up message in which they will be prompted to enter a new offer name and offer period. After filling in all the necessary fields, users can proceed by clicking the Create button. This action will duplicate the offer and redirect them to the Offer Details page.
