Transactions Audit Report

The Transactions Audit Report provides users with information on Single Wallet transactions based on the specified search criteria.

Filtering the Transactions Audit Report

Use the filters to refine your search criteria. Click the Submit button to view the results, or click Clear Filters to reset and start over.

Filter	Description
Range	The date and time range can be specified using the provided parameters. Users can search data up to 7 days old. The date picker will be disabled for dates that are 7 days before the current date and for future dates.
Time Zone	Changing the time zone will impact the time zone displayed in the results. Setting the time zone enables Master Agents and Head Offices to view financial information from all Agents in one time zone. The default time zone will be based on the chosen time zone in the Settings page. If the user does not modify the time zone, the default time zone will be set to GMT+0.
Entity Filters	Users can apply filters to view the data relevant to the entity. Only one value can be chosen from the drop-down menu. For menus with only one option, the option will be automatically displayed and selected.

Functionality of the Transactions Audit Report

To adjust the filters for resubmission, click Filter (this may be displayed as an icon or as a link labeled +Filter).

Clicking on the Export button will provide the user with an Excel .CSV file of the table summary.

Transactions Audit Report

The table displays all successful transactions for players associated with the selected Agent during the requested timeframe.

It may include the following transactions:

Game Play - place bet debit
Game Play - win credit
EndGame - credit with amount 0
Rollback transactions
Promotions Cash Injection transactions
Resolved transaction by the reconciliation process

Column Name	Description
Transaction Time	The time that the transaction was made. If not provided, this will be displayed as the response time.
Transaction ID (known as `txnId`)	The Transaction ID generated by MG+. Also used as the idempotency key.
Agent Transaction ID (known as `extTxnId`)	ID of the transaction as stored in the Agent's system.
Transaction Type	The type of transaction performed.
IsCompleted	This flag indicates whether this is the last transaction of the game round; if it is true, the agent can treat it as the end of the game round.
Amount	Amount to be adjusted from the player’s account. Amount may be 0 in certain cases but will never be negative.
Currency	Currency code of the transaction.
Bet ID	The internal ID of the bet. This ID is helpful for referencing different transactions for a single bet.
Event Type (known as `txnEventType`)	Additional details regarding the transaction.
Content Code	The transaction's MG+ content code indicates the event (e.g., game or tournament) it belongs to.
Player	The player ID of the player.
Platform	The platform that the game was accessed from.
Platform Type	The type of platform (eg. H5, FLASH, NATIVE).
Channel	The game channel accessed by the player. This is sent when txnEventType = GAME.
