Why am I seeing different wheel themes?
There are different wheel themes for players to see. The display is based on the ‘themeId' return from API.
The number of available themes differs for each Epic Win campaign period, determined by the business (for example, the business may run 5 Epic Win themes during one campaign period and then 7 the next).
MG Store
If my player is a CNY currency player, why are they seeing different items compared to another CNY currency player?
The MG Store item offerings are tied to the currency. The Head Office has the option to request customization of their MG Store's items list; they can choose not to include certain items from the currencies store list. However, it's important to note that currently, they cannot request the addition of items that are not available under that specific currency.
Scenario:
The CNY Currency may have items 1, 2, 3, and 4 in their store.
The Head Office may request a customized MG Store only offering items 1 and 4 in their store.
The Head Office cannot request the inclusion of a customized item 5, as it is not part of the offerings available under that currency.
