How to Add a New Epic Win with an Existing Theme

1. Create a ticket to the RCT Team

2. On the ticket, specify

   1. The new wheel theme visual and promo list banner to RCT Design Team.

   2. Find the theme ID and provide it to the RCT team.

   3. Deployment date, time and time zone (coming soon period)

   4. Promotion start date, time and time zone

   5. Promotion end date, time and time zone

   6. Site URL

   7. Currency

   8. Content due date (for design team)

   9. Content link (for design team)

3. Phrase configurations

   1. Follow instructions on this page for the settings in Phrase

   2. Add the new key to indicate the Epic Win game type for each campaign:

      1. WHEEL_PAGE.{campaign ID}.TYPE

      2. Value:

         1. Slot — if the Epic Win is for slot games (to show slot image)

         2. LD — if the Epic Win is for live dealer games (to show live dealer image)

   3. This key allows the frontend to dynamically choose the correct generic image according to the game type.
      

      

      

4. Canto configurations

   1. Upload coming soon static page to the appropriate album under the Daily Epic Win folder.

How to Add a New Epic Win with a New Theme

1. Follow the same steps as above.

2. Find the next theme ID and provide it to the RCT team.

Process of Adding New Prize Item

• Promotion Team creates a ticket for RCT Design Team to create a new prize item

• Design Team creates mockups for the Promotion Team

• After approval by Promotion Team, Promotion Team creates a ticket for RCT Dev Team

• Design Team creates new keys of the new prize items for Dev Team to update the codes.

• Promotion Team updates the translations of the newly created keys
