Epic Win Eligibility
Determines if a user can see the epic win tab

If a player is not eligible for Epic Win campaigns, then all Epic Win-related content will be hidden from their view.

If a player is eligible for Epic Win campaigns, then the player will gain access to the Epic Win tab in the navigation menu, see the Epic Win banner on the lobby page, and will be able to actively engage in Epic Win campaigns.
