The following tabs are always visible to all players with access to MG Rewards:

This tab will only appear in the navigation bar for players who are eligible for Epic Win campaigns.

If a player is not eligible, the Epic Win tab will be hidden.
Tournament

Similarly, the Tournament tab is visible only to players eligible for Tournaments.

It will be hidden for players who do not qualify.
