Normal Epic Win

If players are eligible for MGW and Epic Win, they can navigate to the Epic Win page through the following ways:

  1. From the Epic Win icon on the GTB.

  2. From the Epic Win banner in game.

  3. From the Epic Win banner on the MGW Lobby.

  4. From the Epic Win icon on the MGW Lobby menu bar.

  5. From the Epic Win banner on the Promo Arena page.

Standalone Epic Win

If players are NOT eligible for MGW but eligible for Epic Win, they can navigate to the standalone Epic Win page through the following ways:

  1. From the Epic Win icon on the GTB.

  2. From the Epic Win banner in game.

  3. From the Epic Win banner on the Promo Arena page.

Rules

  • Spin Tickets: Players earn tickets when placing wager during the Epic Win campaign period, granting the opportunity to spin the Epic Win wheel.

  • Ticket Limit: Maximum of 3 tickets per player per day. All tickets expire at the end of the campaign period.

  • Game Type: Epic Wins support multiple game types. The promotion team indicates the type in Phrase using the key: WHEEL_PAGE.{campaign ID}. TYPE

    • Values:

      • Slot → Epic Win for slot games

      • LD → Epic Win for live dealer games

Coming Soon Page

  • Players accessing the Epic Win page via URL (e.g. https://mgr.basebit.net/#/static/daily-epic-win1/usd) will see a coming soon page image-20250425-103458.png or a static Epic Win image. The Spin icon will not be clickable.

  • The promotion team uploads the image in Canto, regardless of whether an Epic Win is running or whether the player is logged in.

  • Changing static to promo in the URL https://mgr.basebit.net/#/static/daily-epic-win1/usd will display the coming soon page under the central site.

  • For standalone Epic Win, players accessing the URL https://mgr.basebit.net/#/wheelSA without any token will see either the coming soon page or the uploaded Epic Win campaign image, depending on whether the promotion team has uploaded the campaign image to Canto. image-20250425-103458.png

  • No Active Epic Win: The Epic Win icon is hidden from the MGW Lobby menu bar and GTB menu bar.

  • When a player is logged in and an Epic Win campaign exists:

    • Before the campaign starts, the Spin icon cannot be clicked.

    • After the campaign starts, the Spin icon can be clicked and the playert can spin the wheel.

Note: The promotion team can upload generic Epic Win visuals or game-specific visuals based on the Phrase key WHEEL_PAGE.{campaign ID}.TYPE (values: Slot or LD).

Epic Win History

Epic Win prizes are recorded in the History tab within Player Zone.

Exceptions:

  • Spin Ticket wins.

  • MG Coins wins. The MG Coins won is recorded in the Ledger tab within the Player Zone instead.


Epic Win Settings

  • The promotion team can run multiple Epic Wins simultaneously.

  • A player cannot participate in more than one Epic Win at the same time.

  • Game Type Configuration: Each Epic Win can be designated for slot games or live dealer games via the Phrase key WHEEL_PAGE.{campaign ID}.TYPE.

Out of Scope (For Now)

  1. Multiple Epic Wins Running with the Same Player

    1. Multiple Epic Wins (e.g. bespoke & network or two network events) may run simultaneously.

    2. Players may be able to join different Epic Wins at the same time.

  2. Multiple Operators in the Same Epic Win

    1. Different operators may participate in the same Epic Win event.

    2. Operators configuring their own spin items and spin values.

    3. Example:

      1. Operator A offers cash, free spins, coins and a lucky draw.

      2. Operator B offers only cash and a lucky draw.

#2 is covered by separate campaigns, as we do today with BBIN.


The Promotions team can use three sets of Epic Win URLs.
