Creating Coupons and Assigning to Entities

Coin Store Offer List

All items that can be redeemed with a coupon must be added to the coin store offer list by the business team.

Fill in the offer details.
If the offer can only be redeemed with a coupon but does not appear in any coin store, then DO NOT check the Truncated/Non-Truncated fields.
Indicate “V” in the column of Coupon Item.
After updating list, create a ticket to RCT.

Fill in the coupon details using the Coupon List.

Field	Definition
Coupon Code	Refer to the section Restrictions for Coupon Codes.
Coupon Type ID	Type of coupon. 1 = Coupons that can redeem MG Coins. 2 = Coupons that can redeem all store items except for MG Coins.
Coupon Properties	Items that can be redeemed: If Coupon Type ID is 1, you will need to fill in the number of coins to credit to the player. For example, if you fill in “10”, it means that the player can redeem 10 MG Coins with the coupon. If Coupon Type ID is 2, you will need to fill in the item ID of the redeemed item. The item ID can be found in the first column of the store offer list table. If there is more than one item that can be redeemed, use a comma in between the items and do not include any spacing. For example, the coupon can redeem 123 and 456 items. Then, you will need to write 123,456 in the coupon properties column. Please do not include multiple items of the SAME currency to the coupon.
Quota	Quota of coupons available. Each coupon can only be redeemed once by a player. For instance, if a coupon has a quota of 500, it can be redeemed up to 500 times by different players.
Coupon Dates	Coupon validity start and end dates, which must be within a period of 6 months. Start Date Start Time End Date End Time Time Zone

Fill in entity info that a coupon should be assigned to using the Entity List.

Every coupon should have an entity list.

Field	Definition
Coupon Code	Must be a coupon on the Coupon List.
Network ID	2 3
Entities	HO and MA Codes If there is more than one entity, list out the entity codes in another row. For example, if the entity codes are HO1 and HO2, then you will need to write HO1 & HO2 in the HO code column in two rows. HO Code This is a mandatory field. If all HOs can redeem the coupon, then list out all HOs here. Do not leave it empty. MA Code This is an optional field. If all MAs under the HO can redeem the coupon then you can leave it empty. AG Codes If there is more than one entity, use a comma in between the entity codes and do not include any spacing. AG Code This is an optional field. If all MAs under the HO can redeem the coupon then you can leave it empty. Example
Currency	As some HOs have multiple currencies, please indicate the correct currencies.
