Users Management

The Users Management page provides users with the ability to view, create, update, and delete user accounts. It also allows for searching, filtering, and sorting of user data, as well as managing user roles and permissions.

Only users with a role of Super Admin or Admin can access the Users Management function.

Users List

To search for users, utilize the search bar located at the top of the Users List table for the username.

The table can be adjusted to display a specific number of entries, and the pagination at the bottom of the page can be used to navigate through the entries.

To sort the table data in ascending or descending order, click the arrows next to the column headings. By default, the list is sorted by the Company column in ascending (A-Z) order.

Clicking the Export button will download a .CSV file of the users list.

Column

Description

Username

The unique identifier used by a user to access the system.

Role

The specific role or permission level assigned to the user, determining their access and capabilities within the internal and external sites.

Currency

The type of currency associated with the user's account.

Company

The company with which the user is affiliated with.

E-mail

The registered email address of the user.

Status

The current status of the user account, indicating whether it is Enabled or Disabled.

Users can set this status when editing a user account.

Last Login

The date and time of the user's most recent login to the system.

Actions

Click the Edit icon to edit a user’s account.
