URL Management - Generating Demo Game URLs

The URL Management page provides users with the ability to view and create URLs to launch demo games for streamers.

Only users with a role of Super Admin or Admin can access the URL Management function and create demo URLs.

URL List

To search for URLs associated with the assigned account, utilize the search bar located at the top of the URL List table for the account username.

The table can be adjusted to display a specific number of entries, and the pagination at the bottom of the page can be used to navigate through the entries.

To sort the table data in ascending or descending order, click the arrows next to the column headings.

Clicking the Export button will download a .CSV file of the URL list.

Description

Player Account

The unique identifier used by a user to access the system. This is the account that the demo game URL has been assigned to.

Game Code

The game code of the game.

URL Expiration Duration

The expiration time of the URL once created.

URL

The URL of the demo game. Users can copy the URL to their clipboard by clicking on the icon.

Create Time

The time that the URL was created by the CMS user. Also the time that the URL is active from.

Expiration Time

The URL expiration time - calculated by the system as the Create Time plus the URL Expiration Duration.

Create a Demo URL

  1. On the Customer Hub CMS, go to the URL Management page.

  2. Click the + Create button.

  3. Fill in the fields per below:

Player Account

Select the account from the drop-down menu.

Game Code

To create a demo link for a specific game, select the game using its game code.

Please ensure that the game is already added to the Game Pool in the CMS.

Expiration Duration

Select the expiration duration time from the drop-down menu.

  1. When you’re done inputting the data, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to save the changes. A modal will pop up to confirm if the demo URL has been successfully created - the demo URL will also be provided on this confirmation modal with an icon. Click Confirm to be redirected back to the URL Management page.

  2. Click the icon next to the URL field to copy it.

  3. Open the url to access the game.

  1. Try to generate a new link in the Customer Hub CMS.

  2. If still does not work, reach out to the RCT team using the usual support ticket process.
