Remove Template

Users can remove a custom template, but not the default template.

No warning prompt will be displayed when deleting a template.

A template that is assigned to a Head Office cannot be removed.

  1. If the template is assigned to any Head Office, unassign them first.

    1. From the Lobby Dashboard, click the three dots at the top right of a template box.

    2. Select Edit Template.

    3. In the Head Offices Settings section, click Edit List.

    4. Uncheck the Head Office subscribed to this template and click Select.

    5. Click Save and Continue at the bottom of the Edit Template page.

  2. After unsubscribing Head Offices (or if none were subscribed), the No. Of HO subscribed count on the template card should be 0. Click the three dots on the template card and select Remove to delete the template.

  3. A confirmation message will appear indicating that the template has been removed.
