Common & Single Wallet

  • Kiosk Templates: Players log in using a username and password. Kiosk player management uses the Common Wallet, so player balances are stored in the MG system and all fund transactions (credits and debits) are handled through the MG+ Backoffice Player and Station management pages.

Single Wallet integration does NOT support this workflow, as players can only be credited online and cannot be debited while offline.

  • Non-Kiosk Templates: Players log in via the operator’s website using a lobby URL and token obtained from the sessions API. Both Common Wallet and Single Wallet operators can use Falcon and Aurora lobby types.

Purpose of the Default Template

The default template cannot be removed.

  • Default template ensures that newly created lobbies use a consistent layout and configuration.

  • All Head offices are automatically assigned to both the default Kiosk and Non-Kiosk templates.

  • New Kiosk Agents are assigned to the default Kiosk template.

  • New Non-Kiosk Agents are assigned to the default Non-Kiosk template.

Purpose of a Custom Template

Custom templates cannot be removed if they are assigned to a Head Office.

  • A custom template allows Agents to define a lobby layout and configuration tailored to specific Head Offices or use cases.

  • Account Managers configure and assign custom templates to meet Agent specific needs.Follow the links below to manage a custom template:
