Assigning Templates and Viewing Template Assignments — System Admin / Head Office

Assigning a Custom Template

  1. Go to User Management in the MG+ Backoffice.

  2. Click the Game Lobby Management button for the relevant Head Office.

  3. Identify the template to assign and click Assign Template in the corresponding row. When assigning templates, the information displayed depends on the agent’s current state:

    1. Scenario 1 Agent is assigned to a different template

      1. Show Current Template: {Template Name}

    2. Scenario 2 Non-Kiosk Agent does not have a lobby

      1. Show Not assigned a template

    3. Scenario 3 Agent is already assigned to the selected template

      1. Checkbox of the Agent is already ticked

  4. Click Save.

Show Template Assignments

Follow the steps below to view the list of assigned templates and agents.

  1. Navigate to the Games Lobby Management page.

  2. Click the Show Template Assignments button.

  3. A table will appear displaying the list of assigned Templates and their associated Agents.

The Agent field will display Not Available (N/A) if a Master Agent is assigned to multiple templates, but those templates are not assigned to any individual Agents.
