Automatic patching is the mechanism where when a transaction failure happens, a callback is made to the agent to resolve the transaction.
These callbacks happen outside of gameplay and are retried using an exponential backoff strategy up to a maximum of 12 times over 48 hours.
Upon successful response of the callback, the transaction is automatically reconciled on the MG+ system.
If all attempts fail, the transaction can be considered void.
If your integration utilizes extOperatorToken for player tracking, this token is currently not included in the callback request for failed transactions.
