Using MG+ Backoffice to Manage Preset Bet Profiles

Bet Profiles Management

The purpose of the Bet Profiles Management feature is to allow business entities to view the list of bet profiles they have.

The Bet Profiles Management permission must be enabled for the MG+ Backoffice entity/user in order to view this page.

To access the Bet Profiles Management page:

  1. Go to the Users Management page of MG+ Backoffice.

  2. Click the Bet Profiles Management button for the relevant Head Office/Master Agent/Agent.

Changing the Bet Profile in MG+ Backoffice per Agent for New Players

MG+ Backoffice users can set the bet profile that gets assigned to players for games per Agent. If a change is made, any player created from this point forward will be assigned the bet profile selected by the user.

Players created prior to this change will keep their original assigned bet profiles. To assign all your players to the same profile, follow the steps outlined in the Changing the Bet Profile in MG+ Backoffice per Agent for Existing Players section.

To change the bet profile:

  1. Go to the Users Management page of MG+ Backoffice.

  2. Expand the Head Office > Master Agent entities that contain the relevant Agent.

  3. Click the Entity Info button for the relevant Agent.

  4. Change the Default Bet Profile via the drop down menu.

  5. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.

Changing the Bet Profile in MG+ Backoffice per Agent for Existing Players

Users can easily transfer all players associated with an Agent to a designated bet profile by clicking the Assign to Players button located next to the specific bet profile.

This functionality is available only at the Agent entity level, not for Master Agent or Head Office entity levels.

To assign a bet profile to all of an Agent’s players, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Users Management page of MG+ Backoffice.

  2. Click the Bet Profiles Management icon on the corresponding Agent row.

  3. Go to the specific bet profile tab.

  4. Click the Assign to Players button on the relevant bet profile row.

  5. Click Save.

Changing Bet Profiles per Player in Backoffice

In MG+ Backoffice, users have the flexibility to adjust the bet profiles for individual players within an Agent's domain. When a player's bet profile is changed, the new level settings will be applied immediately to that player.

To change a player's bet profile:

  1. Go to the Players Management page of MG+ Backoffice.

  2. Fill in the filters to find the player.

  3. Click the arrow on the row of the player to access their Player Info page.

  4. Change the Games Betting Profile via the drop down menu.

  5. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
